Be-Mobile announces a new step after Arrive buys the stake of Proximus in Be-Mobile: Arrive acquires the 4411 parking service while other activities of Be-Mobile will continue under the control of founder Jan Cools and the management
Be-Mobile, a European mobility technology provider connecting drivers, road operators and infrastructure, announced that Proximus has agreed to sell its shares in Be-Mobile to Arrive, valuing the company at €170 million in equity. As part of the same step, Arrive will acquire Be-Mobile’s 4411 parking service, while the remaining activities will continue under the current management team led by founder and CEO Jan Cools. The transaction reshapes Be-Mobile’s shareholder base and the ownership of its consumer parking service in the connected mobility and tolling-adjacent domain.

Be-Mobile announces today that co-shareholder Proximus has reached an agreement to sell its shares in Be-Mobile to Arrive, based on an equity value of €170 million.
At the same time, Be-Mobile has signed an agreement with Arrive under which the 4411 parking service will be acquired by Arrive.
The other activities of Be-Mobile will remain under the control of the current management team, led by the CEO.
