Be-Mobile announces today that co-shareholder Proximus has reached an agreement to sell its shares in Be-Mobile to Arrive, based on an equity value of €170 million. At the same time, Be-Mobile has signed an agreement with Arrive under which the 4411 parking service will be acquired by Arrive. The other activities of Be-Mobile will remain under the control of the current management team, led by the CEO.
